Palliser Koopa finds out that Murimotu took Stephen's marbles; and hid them onboard a mothballed freighter off the coast of Wairarapa Suburb; and assigned Ludwig and Larry to guard them. Palliser then went "Lone Ranger" style to recover the marbles; and confronts Murimotu on board the mothballed ship. Ludwig and Larry try unsuccessfully to cover Murimotu. He is then forced by Palliser to give back the marbles; and returns them to Stephen.
